Patcher barely ever loads patch list

When i do get into EQW, i can never connect to the SOD server. The only thing i can remember that chnged was my default browser, and deleting files.txt dosn't work. Help?
 
Ok, really wierd stuff now. The patcher still dosen't load, but EQW pops up anyway! Then it works until the server select, then it either says i can't connect to server or it goes all the way back to the SOE label (right after the EULA)! I really need help on this. ;(
 
Hmm... I restarted my comp, disabled nornton, and now it works. Weird.
Problem solved. :)
