Send an email to [email protected] (temporary account
we're using just for this) including ALL the pertinent information
you can recall about what's on the account. Primarily account name,
secondarily email, but also your characters, their classes, levels,
equipment, which zones they're logged out/bound in, anything that can
help us verify that you should have access to this acacount. A GM will
process it, check what you sent against the account, and if it matches
change your password and send a reply.

ok..but my question is,may i just put screenshots of me playing the game,becuase i have previous screenshots of my gear/and character screen,if i can just e-mail the screenshots,will it be enough proof?
