Partial Interrupt.

Just that that maybe it would be nice to have something where if you or a mob got hit for like a high dmg or a crit, or a bash etc... that maybe you got a partial interrupt, where you've been knocked off your thought while casting, but still manage to finish it, doing say half the spells effect or more/less. Dunno if due to the mechanics of the game whether this is do able. Obviously i see there would be an issue with buffs.

This is a bad idea, and would just be a big mana-waster. I would rather just interrupt my heal or nuke and re-do it for the full effect. The only use this would have is with things like succor, but only having half of your group ported would be retarded. Big thumbs down on this.
