Parsers, logs & ect?

Are things like EQWatcher, EQcompanion, EQ Pixie & such legal to use in SoD? Im big into finding the best way to maximize my dps as well as my groups. Im just curious if this is bannable or not.

If they are ok to use, are they compatable with SoD, or would the coding be all differnt & such?
