Parcelan the Devourer's loot- No aug slots?

Symbol of Banishment that drops off of Parcelan The Devourer in Dragon Necropolis doesn not have an aug slot. Since it is not named "shard" or "crystal" or anything of the sort, and has a ring graphic, should it also have a type 3 aug slot, or is it an intentional omission?

The same goes for the Witbound Necklace, seems to be a regular piece of jewelry but no aug slot. I'm not sure about the stun clicky ring, but if the other items should have aug slots added I'd check on that one too.

I'd like to add the symbol certainly seems to deserve an aug slot. If one looks at the quest reward from lecatiar from that zone, it is pretty much on par with the symbol of banishment due to the lack of slot. Which I don't really think should happen.

This was an oversight, so yeah, it should have had an aug slot all along.

I figured I would bump this since its two months later and the item still has no aug slot, Xeldan must not have gotten around to it before he left.
