Parcelan & Eversnow Chalice

Heya, been tracking/camping Parcelan the last 12 days without any luck! I'am interrested in the eversnow chalice for Ytrazliarch and ancient dragon sinew, so if someone is going for a kill and are just planning to let it rot, i would be extremely grateful if you would send me a tell!

i don't know what mob is implied there but i recommend looking for any mob that is at least level 65 in there. the parc that drops the item you need is a yellow con so don't be surprised if you have to kill a yellow con mob. i do recall a newer yellow con chilling up top in the zone behind a building full of ratmen, maybe worth looking into? good luck, def a good quest.

I am talking about another Internet Dragon that May or May Not reside in the same Necropolis of Dragons that shares all drops (save for one) with Parcelan.

I mean I am not one for leaking stuff like this but hey I feel like people doing this quest Always Got Screwed and this new dragon was Long Overdue.

imo faction doesn't really matter until you start really handing in giant heads or dragon scales. it's super easy to fix before that. also, depending on which dragon this is, there may not even be a faction hit. also, iirc, this quest makes you kill one of each faction regardless doesn't it? i mean, you're gonna have to kill the dragon in west waste anyways, whats one more faction hit?

Is that mob actually working correctly? I think I found it but it was a human female in a robe and she told me to leave her alone?!
