paladin spells

I just turned level 60 on my paladin. I noticed that paladins get both Sihala's Mountainous Barrier and Divine Strength at the same level. Divine strength is a targetable buff for +200 hp for 75 mana. Sihala's Mountainous Barrior is a group buff for +225hp that costs 200 mana. i'm just wondering why you get both at 60 when they do not overlap? I'm suggesting to move divine strengh down to a 57 or 58 spell (if client permits). Just doesn't make sense in my mind that a paladin gets both these spells at the same level.

well the way i see it its same as druids and mayeb other priest classes.. single target is less mana so more efficient when you solo or duo

with the new mana regen, it really isn't. Also, group buffs and targetable buffs don't usually come at the same level to the best of my understanding

My bad, but what is the difference between those two spells besides one is group and one is single?
