Paladin Spell

According to the Wiki, there is a paladin spell "Level 57 - Taraztu's Healing Flames" and I'm wondering if its still in the game? I've looked all over for it on vendors, and have never seen it on listsold. Is it a mob drop or a vendor item? Thanks!

You might also try scanning the forums, or using the forum's search function to find your answers. There's a thread on the first page of the SoD Discussion section with the title "Taraztu's Healing Flame" that contains the answer to your question.
