Pal/Clr Erudin newbie quest broken?

Priest Jezen gives a task requiring 4 bone chips and rewards you with a clr/pal 1hb along with the text:

"Excellent work. I see you can adequately deal with the weaker undead. Return to me if you wish another task."

Followed by the usual quest text in brackets:

[I would be glad to help you again.]

To which he does not reply... Tried probably a dozen times to make sure im not missing anything or typing it incorrectly. Is this quest incomplete at this time or bugged with the text/NPC?

Would not work for my high elf paladin, nor does it work as my recreated dwarf paladin. And I believe I've already found and killed the mob for the next step, but he would not take that item either.

Any help is greatly appreciated

It does not work, read the other thread, I posted my findings.

The second quest requires higher faction than the first currently. It's only intended to be completed by erudite clerics and paladins, so I'll be changing the initial quest to require the appropriate class guild faction.
