Pain and suffering?

Anyone like the idea of having Pain and Suffering as a mob or Mobs for a boss encounter.

That bad mofo is responsible for more deaths then I care to remember from EQ Live and now on SOD!!
I would love to see him/them be a god for some zone or a master of some dungeon.

Any comments?
