Packet Loss

I've played SoD for ages and never had much problems :/ today tho'... I'm constantly having some packet loss from 1,6% to 15%. It slows my playing speed a lot. I've tried to shut down some programs running in the background with no effect. Also rebooted my comp and modem.. I have 2mbs dsl.

Any fixing suggestions?

Make sure you're not running any file sharing programs like Limewire, Kazaa, Bit Torrent, etc. Also check for active spyware or viruses running on your computer.

Ok.. I ran spybot S&D and Adaware and it found and deleted some evil stuff but still having packet loss...
