Overlooked Adept Items?

I noticed that Lotus Pedal Pendant Does not have a tag that it grows with experience in game. This may have been an oversight, maybe not, Idk. I think the guy I saw with it was Serado if you need a fomelo.

Also wondering if this was meant to be a Petal as in flower petal, or a Pedal as in where you put your foot on a bicycle

would it be possible to put the under 50 simple map items in the xpable item group? Hardly anyone does these maps and it might increase their popularity if the items could be xped.
