Overcapped attribute points

I was looking through the forums and was trying to find if it had been made public knowledge the following:

How much % avoidance does each 5 or 10 points of overcapped agility add
How much % damage does each 5 or 10 points of overcapped strength add
How much % mitigation does each 5 or 10 points of overcapped stamina add
what does overcapped dexterity do and at what rate?
How much % spell resist reduction does each 5 or 10 points of overcapped charisma add

Points over 305 but under the Hidden Strength / tome cap were 3 times less potent at points right at 305 awhile back when Wiz or some Admin mentioned it (too lazy to find the forum post atm, maybe later). The actual numerical effect that undercap points made has never been public knowledge.
