"Out of range" on bow...

Hello,

Before I report this as a bug, I just want to check... I use the Voice of the Centaurs bow, which has the Cascade of Hail proc. It happened a few times today that I got an "out of range" message while kiting mobs. It could be one of two things:
1) The proc has a range that is less than the bow's (or rather bow + arrow total, which is 200 + 50 in my case);
2) It's just lag playing tricks on me and putting me slightly too far away for a split second to shoot.

Does anybody else run into similar problems? I'd buglist it if I knew for sure the first hypothesis is right but I don't want to take my limited experience for proof...

Is the "out of range" intended then? I find it somewhat weird that a weapon would have a proc that has a shorter range than the weapon's own.

Usual deal. Since bow- and arrow-range adds, most bows have a really huge range, spells don't.
