Othmir Alliance-Silver Crown Quest

I'm trying to finish my Othmir Silvercrown quest, however it appears to be stuck. Currently I have ally faction with the othmir, and my quest journal tells me to speak with Dreina in everfrost to finish the quest. When i speak with her however, she tells me to get the othmir to ally again, instead of the quest turnin. I originally thought i might have forgotten to turn in the token of alliance for the othmir, so i petitioned and got a new one, however the Othmir will not accept it. Any idea what part of this quest is broken for me and how to fix it??

I just did this one recently, and it worked fine for me. What did the othmir say when you handed him the token of alliance?

I experienced something very similar to this and some GM who would probably be delicious stuff with pimientos figured out that it was a journal error and not a flagging one. High Trader Dreina should now have an always on prompt to close Othmir Alliance out, though if you have not reached ally status she will just look at you like the big dummy you probably are.

Yes, try talking to High Trader Dreina again, and she will offer you congratulations if you have completed this quest to her satisfaction. I wasn't going to change her giving the quest out again for fear of breaking things. If you have ally with the Othmir and she does NOT offer you a dialog option that makes it obvious you have completed this quest, feel free to petition.
