Ornate Weight

It was very annoying to find the weight of Ornate armor is higher than that of the regular armor. I now have to carry two sleeves with me (one ornate, one regular) to make ends meet when I need to don my resist gear. Is it possible to lower the weight on ornate leather to that of the regular quest armor?

<shrug> I'm at 34 stone with resist gear -- I consider it part of the trade off.
