Orator of Frost

I wanted to know if anyone is killing this mob and if not why. Currently he seems to almost always be up in Frost even when all other targets are down. Having done him myself I know he can be a real hassle and I wonder if this is putting guilds off.

Anyways, please no strat leaks or penis waving.
 
We don't kill him cause we consider his loot not worthwhile for the effort.

EDIT: Then again, he's kinda below us anyways.

Goon Squad killed him March 12th. Other than that he is pretty much been up every time I have scouted the zone.

His loots are not terrible, however for his difficulty they are not worth it. He's really too much of a pain in the ass.
 
The risk vs reward on this fight is broken. If I recall correctly, one of the drops on his loot table also drops from trash in that wing. Just an example of how poor it is.
 
Yeah I remember it's not him, but it is in that wing (unless headpants weren't suppose to drop from trash?)
 
Orator (and Frost hard side in general) is a low priority for us for several reasons. The best loot on that side of Frost thus far comes from a mob that is ~6 Chill Ass Deep Dudes from the zone in, and as such is nearly never up. That leaves Orator & Attendant. Orator is not an easy fight, and Attendant is not a short clear. Because of these two factors you almost always get a better return on your time in a different zone.

That said, we haven't had a chance to play with the channeled ice essence so maybe there is a pot at the end of the way chilly rainbow.
