Options/Server Select Text problem

Hi I seem to be having an issue with the text display in the options and server select screens. The font is almost unreadable and also in those screens my mouse seems to lag. I've trolled the forums for a few days looking to see if anyone else is having a similar issue with no luck so here goes.
My system specs:
P4 3.2ghz
2 gigs of ram
256 ATI Radeon 9250 agp

Are you using the default UI?

I dunno if a UI would affect the server select screen, but I don't know that it wouldn't either.

Could also be a funky driver or driver setting. EQ traditionally never liked some video cards.
