This probably belongs in the 'Suggestions & Requests' but anyway.
The open beta sounds pretty cool to do but it might make it faster/better that when someone creates a new character, they begin with 500/1000pp. Since open beta characters are going to be deleted anyway, and it'll help with casters buying spells, etc.
