open beta date?

In the news secition, there was mentioned of a set date for open beta testing for the new expansion. But i did not see mentioned a date. Did i read it wrong or does anyone know when this is supposed to take place and approx how long it is goin to last. If not then ignore this post

So, i am a little thick at times but is this expansion going to be in the form of a Patch? Also I hope i read that news right and soon all WR servers will just be set for beta and all who log in can participate yes?
 
The live Winter's Roar server is going to be taken down, and the ToT Beta WR server is going to be put up in its place. On top of this, there will be a few Beta features in place throughout the duration of the beta. However, nothing you do on the Beta server will be saved / transfered back to the live Winter's Roar server when the beta is completed. Likewise, you won't see any of your own characters on the character select screen of the beta server, you need to start a new one.

It's open, so anybody who logs in can participate. Once the testing is over, ToT will go live on the actual Winter's Roar server.
