There are a LOT of stickies in tech support right now, and in reading over them it's very easy to miss what you're looking for. Not all of them are even titled to reflect their contents. Here's a quick reference guide:
OFFICIAL FAQ - READ THIS FIRST! Contains a lot of fixes for problems with getting the game running, as well as problems with the client and software.

-Do not ask for download links to the game (this one should be copied to the rules and policies forum if it's not already very plainly labeled there, IMO)
-Official FAQ (it's listed above, but definitely still belongs at the top)
The other option is to just reference all of these in the official FAQ under the appropriate sections.
