I have Five focus effect items and only one of them goes off. If you look at my profile, i have a mana preservation crown that never goes off, my books never go off, and my range item (but i don't think i've had any component spells yet so i'm not worried about that one). However, my robe goes off pretty much everytime i cast...I've tried unequipping the robe and casting but then nothing fires. I petitioned in game because my friend has the exact same item (crown) and his gives the message but mine won't and was told to bug this so I did...however, has anyone else experienced this problem or have a solution to fix? Is it a character issue?
