old mob models

For awhile now, for some reason all of my wolf models were acting strange. As in, they were all really adnormally huge. They weren't always like this though and only started probably less than a week ago. So finally I got off my lazy ass and tried to patch EQlive and see if that would fix it..

.. Instead somehow when I did that, I then got texturing problem(which that part is fixed), and now all wolves and skeletons were changed back to their really old Pre-Luclin models that I can't change back.

Does anyone have an idea as to what happened? Or how to fix this? I'm thinking about maybe reinstalling Luclin and see if it does anything to it. On the other hand it seems messing with it more gets things more screwed up. It's not nesscesarily a 'bad' technical problem and I can deal with it. But it's not normal =/.


And for a non-technical question. I had to rename some of my chars due to the fact they went against the policy(which, I didn't know at the time I first made them). One I already renamed, and one I still need to do. But, are names that might be tolerable first name wise but have an iffy surname get dinged up? o.o. Then again, I saw a Glenn Frog in the wanelo at a very high level. Or is that only count for popular names like LOTR chars and such? =/
 
SoD made a change to use the really old wolf and skeleton models.

Doing so made the Luclin skel/wolf larger than it should be.

Patching gave you the current SoD (Pre Luclin) models. You cannot go back.



I am currently trying to decide If I want to continue using the luclin PC models or not.
