Old Account Recovery

I've been trying to search for a while about who to contact, or where to post/send an email about recovering an old account usename/password, but I just can't find it anywhere.

So my question is, is this possible to do? If so, who do I contact about it and what information am I going to need? I have my email that I used to sign the accounts up with, and I know that the characters still exist (I can see both of them on Wanelo), and I'd really like to play them again as I don't feel like starting all over.

I've got the same question - I'm trying to start playing again to get the guide site better up to date - but I'm not having any luck either...
 
I suggest you go to the IRC channel, see if there's any admins on, and kindly ask one to change your account password.
