Okay to have Faction Bound and Non-Faction Bound Lore Items?

I recently looted a second Sword of the White Dragon in WDHK. I was surprised I could loot it because I already had a faction bound Sword of the White Dragon in the bank. This sounds like an exploit to me because I effectively have two lore items. If someone could give me an official ruling on the issue I would appreciate it.

Thank you for your time and thoughts.

looks like one is faction bound, other is ordinary so the IDs are different, so while they are the same item name in the database they are different items.

Xardon might be wrong about the official stance on this issue, who knows. Even though the items have different IDs, the purpose of the Lore tag seems to suggest that using two of the same faction bound/non-faction bound item isn't intended. I don't know either way, but Xardon using two isn't a good argument for it being acceptable. He didn't design the items or the zones they are from, or the faction binding system.

Xardon is a GM though, so I think its a good assumption that such doing is fine.

I know he's a GM, but I don't think Wiz has ever said whether or not this is acceptable, and maybe it never came up. I'm just saying it iisn't a good idea to assume without an official response.
