After completeing the first quest she gives I hailed her to move onto the next part and got this.
Faludyonna Starslinger says "Ahh, another young wizard has come to me. The four will mold you into a great arcanist one day... Though we must take it one step at a time, and not rush your learning. The first step is one of recovery and with it gained knowledge."

While targeting the mob, properly spelling out the yellow text, being in the apporiate range to trigger her response, and still nothing happens. The quest line ends there no matter what I say nothing happens.
I've also tried hailing the three other caster GMs in the building but they also do not respond so I do not know what to do.
