number of characters

Hello.... I was cruising the SoD wiki but didn't see it noted anywhere so thought I'd ask here. How many characters can you create on a single account?

You can fill an account with 8 toons, like on Live, BUT you can't log in two characters from the same account.

So if you want to play two characters at the same time, you have to have them on separate accounts.

You can have an unlimited number of accounts. Put each character on a different account, then you can box all chars with each other. WIN

Possibly looking to start up playing SoD at least until TOR is out. I played EQ1 from release till EQ2 came out. Have gone back a couple times after, never really was able to stick with EQ1.


On the quote above, there is a limit of multi boxing 2 accounts ( characters) correct? Thanks!

Yes, the maximum number of characters you can use at any one time is 2. If you try to use more than that bad things will happen.
