NPC to purge Journal Entries, or command?

I don't know how feasible this is, but i for one am getting frustrated at the build up of journal entries for quests either completed that didn't purge their entries, removed and unfinishable, or just flat out uninteresting long drawn out quests i refuse to submit to. I however would like some system to get rid of this crap, it's bulk, built up, and annoying.

there is a command to move quests to inactive, try /cm journal help for the details on how to.
