I've looked at these new quests and new NPCs some. Starfall quests and the newbie ones. It's excellent to have quests, but the persons giving the quests don't talk enough like humans/gnomes, and are too seperated from the rest of the world.
Try to link these quests with happenings in the world and its history, and add some character to each person, at least for future quests.
