I first found SoD many years ago, 5 or more maybe. Back when the Main Quest would PL you to level 15 before even killing a mob! It was everything I had missed about “live” plus a community willing to put time and effort into learning their class and role in a group. I ended up leaving after RL got in the way, and even tried a month or two of "live" here and there but never got the taste of SoD out of my mouth.
I have since come back to SoD and removed by Bard / Monk combo for a Rogue / Druid box. Two classes I've always wanted to play and develop but took the classes I knew over the ones I didn't. (I was ALWAYS the Bard or the Monk)
I’d absolutely love to see the game from start to finish and hope I can make some friends who want to do the same. I’m currently working my way through Blackburrow and trying to get a few cool items before I move on. Here’s hoping we can get together and share an ale over a corpse or five. /wave
