After starting back up on this server I had a sudden blast of nostalgia, and I had to see if my old EQ chars Magelo's were still going. And they most definately are! If you folks can find your old ones, post them up in this thread so we can take a little blast to the past. I had played on and off since release, and got serious around velious.
Sadly for some reason the inventory isn't working for me, the favorite things I had on my monk would have to be the Primal/Prismatic fistwraps and the good ol' Tranquil Staff.
I decided to log into my old Magelo acct to get character links, but sadly I had ruined my main profile with godlike fictional gear.
I had a mission. I set out to create profiles of some of the chars I played (even the ones not owned by myself) -- but what can I say... Magelo has the slowest database ever, so I gave up after the first character.
I was actually lvl 65 when I retired offically but a friend had the account for a while and got him to 70 and a couple pieces of gear. I did log on from time to time to chat with old friends and such.
i played on the bristlebane server, heres my necro... i continued to play past PoP until GoD release. I didn't bother updating my gear.. but I had a few peices of Elemental (gloves bracers and something else..)
my fave. char who i never made a magelo for was my monk.. got him 52, epic, Sceptre of destruction, varsious peices of equipment... used to kill naggy / vox. was good clean fun
