I am new to this site and do I just have to run the patcher and I am good to play for life?

After you install the game and patch up to live, then yes you run the patcher, but you aren't quite set for life because we have content patches and fixes that go in fairly regularly that you will have to run the patcher to get.

You can actually go straight to our patcher if you go from Titanium.

Pretty sure Anniversary will work as well. But Titanium is cheaper. Anniversary you can pick up locally, usually. (Unconfirmed, since I have downloaded expansions).

Yea, that is what I'm using is Anniversary.
