No Rent Items in Housing area

Would it be possible to make the no rent items not poof when in the housing district?

Take for example giving a player/alt your house key. You have a storage slot specifically for summoned arrows. The then player/alt could take the items and go on his marry way.


Just a suggestion. Thoughts?

It'd be nice, but it would defeat the purpose of the no rent tag on items.
