No Pedestal in BB

I am working on the Arcane GM Staff Quest in South Newport. I am up the point where I need to click on the pedestal in BB to get a gem that I have to combine with my staff. When i get to the room, I don't see the pedestal. I am positive I am in the right location (the seer room where the visionary spawns) and I had someone else point it out who could see it. I just can't. Nothing is there and I can't click on anything so I am stuck in the quest. The guy who helped me said I might be missing an expansion. I shouldn't be. I had renewed my account on live after 3 years afk and did their digital download and installed all the expansions except for the latest one that came out after I renewed. Then i found Dalaya a couple months later so I switched over. So I should have more than enough expansions. When I load up the game, it tells me I have only 6 expansions. Any ideas why I can't see the pedestal and how to fix the issue?
 
sounds like a graphic issue to me, might be your card.

you need expansions up to GoD, but i cant imagine you're not seeing it because you may not have all the expansions.
maybe im wrong !

Hmmmm..... Don't know why my video would cause one object to disappear. I haven't had anything else that was invisible. I can see the barrels, torches, etc. It is just the one object that is missing. If it can't be fixed, is there a way a GM could meet me in there to verify I am at the right place and then give me the gem I need for the quest so I can finish it? ;)

Glad to know I it is showing the correct amount. I have been wondering if that was right since I started.

No, no, and no. We dont hand hold through quests. Thats far outside the scope of our duties. And the pedestal is right where its always been.
 
So any idea why I can't see it? The guy who helped me confirm I had the right place was standing next to it and could see it so I am positive it was the right place, just I couldn't see or click on it. Any help is much appreciated.
