NO 3D devices found....help!

Ok, I'm running an AMD XP 3200+ with a Nvidia 5700 FX ultra dual monitor system, just installed everything up to Ykesha and patched the hell out of it. However every time I click "Run" I get a "no 3d devices found" error. I've updated my video card drivers and direct x. I don't know how else to fix it. Any thoughts?

well.. i work overnights and it gets reaaaaaly boring at times, looked up that error on eqlive tech support:

sonds like ya may need a directx update, note this is an older article current directx is 9.0c i believe not b.
