Night time tradeskills merchants

Are there any besides the one smithing vendor I know of that stays up all day long? Can a few more be added for other tradeskills in verious zones? Maybe when the day time merchant despawns then have a new night time guy in another area for us that work a tradeskill as our second job graveyard shift.

In newport there are merchants under the southern dock at night. They carry bags, JC stuff and far more. Think there are about 6 of them.
