Hello.
I was debating whether to put this in tech support or quest discussion, but i think its for quest discussion.
I finished my newport sewers neck as soon as they were out and parked it in the bank until it was upgraded to a port neck. I've been using it for about 2 months now, but all the the sudden its disappeared. I hailed the quest giver and found that he was telling me to do some of the steps from the beggining again, so i restarted the quest but i was never given any rewards when i completed the steps, and am at the point where i can get a new gate neck, but because i dont have any previous necks i cant turn anything in to him to get the gate neck reward.
Any help would be appreciated.
