I was in western plaguelands last night (thursday around 11pm est?) doing Newport Ring V. Did the whole cleanse worshippers part, got thru either 6 or 7 of them. Last one died no problem like usual. From doing the quest before I know a named is suposed to spawn from cleansing the last one. I went to cleanse anotehr worshipper, but no effect. The cleansing potion doesn't seem to be working to trigger the named? I was cleanising as they came, so for the last 2 there were 2 woshippers + priest, and i cleansed both worshippers back to back and just fought 3 priests at the same time. Not sure if that could bug it somehow? Tried hailing both the npc in nnp and snp to see if they would continue with quest but nothing. Doing the quest on glom - Ratkon, Besani, Mattwi were there with me. That's all I remember.
