I completed the Newport ring quest IV; handing in the sergeants ring, and have my captains ring. However; I had a full inventory at the time of turning in the quest. I got my ring, but I did not recieve my vial. I returned to my bank hoping it would be there, but no luck. I did the turnin on sunday; and was hoping to be able to continue the quest soon.
As you can see, the vial is nowhere within my bag or my banks.
Ingame name is Tyniel..isn't quite visible in the SS (at least for me)
