Hello there! I'm having an issue with Newport Ring III, in particular the part where I hand the item [Letter to Alchemist Banner] to Alchemist Banner. It worked perfectly fine on one of my characters when I started the beginning of this quest chain a week or so ago. However my other character named Asaga, who started the quest and got to Newport Ring III about a year ago, was able to get the box from Captain Thalas for meat rations as well as the same letter to alchemist banner, but when I hand the letter to Alchemist Banner all he does is return it to me. I thank you for your time and any help I can get for this issue.
