I completed the first part of the quest with no glitches, handed my crate to the Sergeant, then my ring. He told me to go talk to the Captain in South Newport. When I got there, I realized I had no ring, but the Captain talks to me and gives me the Herb container anyway.
I went check the bank in case the ring was there instead of my inventory, but don't see it. I think the Sergeant in Newport was supposed to give me ring II but did not, I went to him agaqin, and hailed him and he tells me to go to the Captain. Any ideas?
