It seems like nothing since i can continue on the quest..
when i tried to turn in Welford's bag to seargent Halsey he returns it to me with no dialog.. but i can still hand in the plague samples and keep going with the quest..
on the other hand.. because i couldnt turn in the bag i miss out on the faction involved, and id like that faction.. but whatever.. ill just go slaughter some gnolls instead
