I'm a 43 dark elf rogue trying to do the newport newbie rogue quest to get traps. I have killed Meldin about 7 times now and no hand has dropped. I have tried speaking to him first, but hailing does nothing.
Can anyone provide any advice here? Can I not get it to drop because of faction, level? Am I doing something wrong?
