I have killed enough of the Newport Paladin Initiates (the static spawn near the monk guild in North Newport, I can't reach the one in South Newport) to go from dubious to glaring with the guards without getting either one of the two initiate heads to drop. Has anyone else been able to complete this quest recently? Does this particular static initiate not drop heads? Thanks in advance.

He does in fact not drop the paladin heads. What I had to do is invis to behind the forge and wait for the guards to path away. Summon me pet, med up asap and spam lifetap on the pally there until he died. Loot and reinvis, wait for respawn and avoid the guards again. I was scowls when I finished this quest because I too went for the monk spawn. I'm doing the reconciliation quest now ><
