Newbie Mage Question / Pet into Healer

I think I recall a while back a Magician buff that converted the elemental pet into a pseudo-healer. Water pets had second highest mana and highest mana regen, and the buff was level 49 or so.

Does this buff still exist or am I wrong? My search attempt hasn't worked out too well. Thanks. <3

That spell was in development only, it never made it past the drawing boards. And seems it never will.
