Newbie Grobb Armor

I just finished the quest to get the Rusty Barnacle Covered armor. The quest giver then said that i can fix em up, with the quote [fix em back up] or something along that line. Anyways, I can't get him to give me that quest...

if you type: "fix em back up" it doesn't work

nearly lost my mind before I figured that out before the shutdown
