I'm not a dev, so I can't comment on the addition of new quests. However:

Quest for Ranger specific chest

Quest for Ranger wearable chest

Those are suggested for low levels. I don't know what level range you're looking for in particular. There are lots of other options, check out the Hybrid range that would most suitable for you on the Quest timeline. The wiki is not a complete compendium of quests, but it's a good place to get started. I've been told that the ranger specific chest is dope as hell.
