New Zone Connection Map ?

Supposedly the current map is out of date, I was wondering if anyone had a link to a newer version with all the current zones included. Thanks in advance.

Off Greater Faydark are: Fearstone Keep, Lesser Faydark

Off Lesser Faydark is: Elendal's Mansion (spelling??)

I'd consider all of em' high level zones.

edit: Taldor Malath (frog city) is also off Twilight Sea
