New quest in Mistwoods - Screechpaw?

Hello!

While peacefully slaughtering kobolds for fun and profit, my little Paladin stumbled upon Screechpaw, whom she convinced promptly to part with his head. Since there are many new newbie quests, she hails pretty much everybody she runs into, but so far, she hasn't found who would be happy to receive an ugly, ugly kobold-bat-thing head.

Any help?

Yeah screechpaw is truly unique. Had no luck finding anyone interested in him.
