New patcher forced me into windows mode

How can I disable windows mode. Since installing the new patcher I am forced into windows mode and when the game is fully loaded I only see part of the screen. A good portion of it is off the top right hand corner.

My eqclient.ini has WindowedMode=False

Any help would be appreciated.

on the new patcher there is an Advanced button in there is a

check box for using the EQW un-check this box and click patch and run
